Inside, the home is designed for connection at scale. The open-concept main living area flows into a well-equipped kitchen with a large island that seats up to 12 guests, while the dining area seats up to 15. Two living areas provide room for movie nights, conversation, or quieter downtime, with a 60-inch flat-screen TV in the main gathering area and 40-inch flat-screen TVs in each bedroom.

The home includes six bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom for added privacy and comfort. Three bedrooms each feature one king bed, two bedrooms each include two queen beds, and one bedroom offers four custom built-in queen bunk beds. With its mix of king, queen, and bunk-style sleeping, the layout is especially well suited for multi-family travel, reunions, or groups who want shared time without sacrificing personal space.

Outdoor living centers on the private pool, surrounded by loungers and seating for relaxed afternoons away from the sand. Optional pool heating is available and should be confirmed before arrival.
