Private Pool - Pool heating is available for this property from October 1st through May 1st for an additional fee of $25 per day. Pools will be heated to 83 degrees and cannot be changed.

Perfect location, perfect community

We just returned from our second stay at The Way We Like It in Watercolor, one of our favorite vacation communities. The home is beautifully appointed, very spacious, and in a perfect location - very quick golf cart ride to the nearest Publix, as well as a direct 3 blocks to the pool complex, Camp Watercolor. The biking is amazing, and so is the lovely beach club. The rental company, 360 Blue, couldn't be more service-minded; they quickly and politely responded to every and any concern. All in all, a great stay!!!”

Watercolor magic!

This home is extraordinary! We spent the week with longtime friends, only adults, and despite the unsettled weather had a great time. Golf cart gives you great access to anything in the community as well as an easy ride to the beach club. We would love to visit again with our own children and grandchildren. Perfect for a large family. Home could also accomodate multiple families comfortably!”

Great House!

This is a beautiful home with plenty of space for everyone. It was not far from the new Camp Watercolor which is fantastic with slides and a lazy river! But when you want to just hang out at the house-you have your own pool. There was plenty of space for everyone to park, which seems to be a luxury in Watercolor. This home made for a wonderful vacation!”
