The property is stunning—beautifully maintained, peaceful, and surrounded by scenery that looks straight out of a postcard. The villa itself was spotless, elegant, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and luxurious stay. We especially loved the outdoor spaces, the charm of the surrounding vineyards, and the overall sense of privacy and tranquility. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed to make the experience special. The only small note is that a couple of the mattresses were extremely firm—almost rock hard—so lighter sleepers may want to be aware. But even with that, the comfort, beauty, and overall quality of the property far outweighed it. The location is perfect for exploring the region while still feeling like a secluded retreat. Communication and check-in were smooth and effortless, making the entire experience even better. We had an unforgettable week here and would return in a heartbeat. Beautiful hilltop villa

We stayed at Villa Clos des Vignes for 6 days in October 2025 as a family of five. The weather was lovely for 4 out of the 6 days, we did a little sightseeing in the local area but mostly spent a lot of time at the villa. The villa has the most stunning view over a forested valley and feels but is also not far from restaurants, beaches, and other attractions.”

Excellent Stay

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this beautiful home. We were impressed by how tastefully decorated and impeccably equipped it was making it not only stunning but also an incredibly comfortable house. The kitchen is marvellous to cook in. We were there with a group of 6 friends and mostly cooked in. In the several decades my family and I have rented holiday properties it was by far the best equipped kitchen we have come across Our arrival was very smooth and welcoming and communication with owners and caretaker excellent. It’s clear that a lot of care and effort goes into maintaining this home, both inside and out and it truly shows. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. SPECTACULAR FRENCH VILLA

What a beautiful home to stay for a week. Excellent facilities and very clean. The pool is wonderful and views spectacular. The fireflies in the evening were an added bonus. Saint Paul de Vence is just up the road, really worth a visit. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to stay - we would love to return with the family one day. ”
