Please treat the villa, furniture, and amenities with care.

Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately so we can resolve them promptly.
Indoor furniture should remain inside; outdoor furniture stays in the garden or terrace areas.
If it rains, we kindly ask guests to cover the sun loungers with the covers provided so the cushions stay dry.

🌿 Outdoor Areas

Please shower before using the jacuzzi and avoid using glassware in the pool area for safety.

We provide plastic glasses for water, wine and gin and tonic.

If you swim after 10:00 PM, please keep noise to a minimum to respect local regulations.

🎶 Noise & Neighbors

Our villa is located in a peaceful residential area of Marbella — please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.

Parties or events are not permitted.

🚭 Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.

You may smoke outdoors — please use the ashtrays provided and keep the space tidy.

🐾 Pets

Pets are not allowed, as we wish to keep the villa hair-free and comfortable for guests with allergies.

🚗 Parking & Access

You’ll have access to secure parking behind the electric gate, with additional free street parking nearby.

Please ensure the gate is closed after each entry or exit for everyone’s safety.

🧹 Cleaning & Maintenance

Daily weekday housekeeping is included to keep the villa in perfect condition.

Please let us know what time is most convenient for cleaning.

Kindly leave the villa in reasonable order at checkout; excessive cleaning may incur an additional fee.

🕒 Check-in / Check-out

Early check-ins or late check-outs must be approved in advance.

Electricity consumption

We kindly ask guests to use electricity mindfully, such as turning off air conditioning, lights, and appliances when not in use, and keeping doors and windows closed while the A/C is running. Thank you for helping us maintain a comfortable and energy-efficient home for all guests.
