August 2026Dream of A Werk for our Family!
This house has it all and more! The host was gracious and helpful, all check in and check out processes were very simple and straightforward and the house was a dream spot for a wonderful family location. Steps to the beach/shops/restaurants, beautiful house, pool and hot tub were fabulous and we loved exploring Captiva and Sanibel and other surrounding areas. We hope to return! ”

July 2026Very nice, but...
The house was great, just as advertised. The location was awesome, with a view of Matanzas Bay, and a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Disappointing that the pool was not operating upon arrival, reported to the property manager on Sunday, service tech arrived Tuesday afternoon to replace pump motor, programmed to run continuously, dumped bleach into the pool, and the cloudy greenish water cleared up by the next day. However, the pump stopped running again Wednesday afternoon, called the tech, and was instructed to reset the breaker. Same thing happened the next two days, so was quite annoying. There was also inadequate quantity of laundry soap and dishwater detergent, as the checkout process instruction is to run both dishwasher and washing machine at checkout, which left the guests ZERO detergent for personal use during the week. We also ran out of toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo. A Third Home property should be fully stocked so guests don't have to shop for supplies during their stay. I blame the property manager. The owner (Natascha) was always very responsive and communicated well.”
