October 2025Needed Owner Attention
Our family enjoyed Whidbey Island and exploring all there was to do. When we stayed in October 2025, the home looked different from the pictures online. The owners used photos from when they bought the house so some of the furniture (like the seating in the living room) was different. Our biggest issue was that the home needed some maintenance. It is also rented out in other rental property platforms and while the interior was clean, it was all a little worn and neglected. The hot tub was slightly discolored when we got there and even more so by the time we left (read carefully because it costs extra to use the hot tub). The outdoor seating area with the exterior built in, small bench with table and chair was unusable because it was covered in what looked like a year’s worth of bird poop and the mattress was on the ground and torn apart by animals. ”

May 2026The Best Time
We were delighted to stay in this palatial home right on the lagoon with the views of the water. We explored the island top to bottom and had a restful and relaxing time.”
