October 2025What a Week!
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful Umbrian property. Modern and rustic, in a very tasteful manner. We hope to return, with many of our friends. The property can host 5 or 6 couples very comfortably.”

August 2025A stunning house, so good we barely left.
This stunning house has a feeling of happy family times gone by. The owners have refurbished the family holiday home to a high standard. The mix of new contemporary furniture is balanced with family heirlooms of antique furniture and paintings. 6 of us, used a fraction of this property, it's big enough for a small wedding but also cosy and homely enough to feel good for one family., due to the way it is cleverly arranged. A brand new lovely pool overlooks stunning Umbrian uninterrupted countryside views. We felt so relaxed and at home we barely left the property, the area is full of stunning medieval villages, we didn't manage to see them all, so we'll need to return. There is a gardener and a housekeeper on site if you need them, but also they weren't intrusive and we were able to call them if we needed them. The gardens are lush and green, the separate games room with a pool table and table tennis table, sauna, steam room, gym and hot tub kept the teenage boys happy. The local food is delicious and fresh produce is a plenty. This week in Umbria has been restful and a wonderful way to recharge our batteries. ”
