Living, Bedrooms & Bathrooms
This family villa is spacious (320 m2), luxurious and well decorated. There is a good atmosphere thanks to the authentic elements such as the white painted brays in the living room and the unique castle and convent doors.

Luxurious because the owners of the Bastide have decorated the villa with a great sense of style (e.g. Flamant). You enter the villa into an imposing staircase, which is the connecting element in the Bastide. On the level of the living room is a spacious kitchen. A couple of stair higher is the master bedroom and two other bedrooms. The staircase leads to the tower room with private terrace. On the lower level of the living are the remaining bedrooms.

In the living room are two sitting areas, respectively for the fireplace and the LCD TV. Luxury and comfort features the beautiful seating. There is a large LCD TV (streaming only). WIFI is available. A large sliding door connects the living room with the large terrace. On the sea-view terrace is a large dining table with 12 seats. Also in the living room is a large table with 12 seats near the kitchen. The living room has airconditioning.

The kitchen is spacious and fully furnished (with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, American fridge, toaster etc.) The kitchen is an extension of the living room and is also accessible from the central staircase. The kitchen also has doors that opens to the terrace. Washer and dryer are available in a separate room on the same floor.

There are a total of 6 spacious bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (shower, bath and toilet). This spacious bedroom has a double bed (180x200) and a spacious closet. The master bedroom also offers access to the terrace and garden. Bedroom 2 and 3 are also on this level. These bedrooms both have a double bed (180x200) and a private en-suite bathroom (toilet and shower).

The other 3 bedrooms are located on a lower level from the living. In terms of layout of the bedrooms both floors are very similar, which makes this villa attractive for two families. Bedroom 4 is actually a 2nd Master Bedroom. It is a spacious bedroom with double bed (180x200) and an open bathroom (shower and toilet). The 5th bedroom has also a double bed (160x200) with en-suite bathroom (shower). The 6th bedroom has two single beds (2x90x200) with en-suite bathroom (shower). Note: These 3 bedrooms are not standardly included outside the high season.

Pool & Garden
The location of the Bastide is very attractive. On the one hand the Bastide is located with lot of tranquility and privacy and on the other hand the Bastide is on a short distance from bustling Sainte Maxime, with its restaurants and beaches.

The villa is located on a higher point and therefore offers a beautiful view towards the Gulf of Saint Tropez (small sea view) and on the valley and the green hills. Because of the large area (2.5 hectares) the villa offers a beach and nature holiday in one. There are several terraces with sun or shade. On the terrace at the front of the villa is a nice lounge and an extra large dining table with 12 seats. BBQ is available.

The swimming pool is located 30 meters from the Bastide. This very beautiful and large pool would certainly not be out of place in a five star hotel. Special shaped, 20 meters long and at its deepest point 3 meter deep. There is also a springboard and an outside shower! Along the pool are loungers and parasols.

A big plus is the private tennis court. Tennis anyone?
