Located in a quiet, residential area, it's just a 6-minute walk to the train station with direct links to Varese, Milan Malpensa Airport, Milan city center, Como, Lake Maggiore, and Lugano.

This beautiful apartment is ideal for all types of travelers. The name EcoSuite reflects its full energy self-sufficiency, powered by solar panels and battery storage. There is no connection to gas or fossil fuels.
The EcoSuite features two elegant queen-size bedrooms, each offering ample privacy and space. Guests enjoy exclusive access to a 40 sqm living room with a fireplace, a modern lake-view kitchen, and the 50 sqm balcony overlooking the pool and lake—creating a true “pied dans l’eau” experience.

Located on the south side, this room enjoys a wonderful garden view. The queen bed features electric slatted bases with independent adjustable positions (reading, leg elevation, etc.). Discreet reading lights are integrated on each side to avoid disturbing a sleeping partner. There is generous storage, including space for luggage, and a professional iron and ironing board are also available.

The ensuite bathroom includes a large walk-in shower with blue chromotherapy lighting, believed to promote calm, reduce anxiety, and enhance mental clarity.
Equipped with a queen-size bed (non-electric), this room faces east and remains cool and peaceful during summer. The private bathroom, located just a few steps from the room, offers a spacious shower with chromotherapy lighting and a hydromassage tub with multicolor LED therapy and Airpool technology.
Both bathrooms are equipped with powerful hairdryers, full-length mirrors, and magnifying mirrors for skincare and makeup.
Every room, including both bathrooms, is equipped with Bluetooth speakers so guests can stream music directly from their devices. In the absence of a personal music subscription, simply ask Alexa to play your preferred genre.
In the living room, a pair of Bang & Olufsen designer speakers and a 48" LG 4K OLED Ultra HD Smart TV provide an immersive media experience. Netflix and Now TV Sport are available for free.

The living room and balcony are the heart of the EcoSuite. Natural oak furniture and floor-to-ceiling glass windows create an uninterrupted connection with the lake, garden, and pool—offering a sense of peace and spaciousness.
The balcony features a dining area with a table and four cushioned chairs, two loungers, two sunbeds, and a cozy sitting area with armchairs and a small table. For shade, three electric retractable awnings cover the entire space. A warm-water shower by the pool allows guests to rinse before and after swimming.

The saltwater pool (8m x 2.5m, constant depth of 1.4m) uses an eco-friendly saline electrolysis system instead of chemical chlorine. Evening lighting in the pool and on the balcony creates a magical outdoor atmosphere.
The fully equipped designer kitchen includes an induction cooktop, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A wide sliding glass door connects the kitchen to the balcony and pool, allowing for a convivial cooking experience.

Guests will find glass-bottled water, a kettle, a Nespresso machine with regular and decaf capsules, and a Nespresso Aeroccino for cappuccinos. A selection of premium Teaforte teas and herbal infusions is also available—described by Newsweek as the “Lamborghini of tea.”

The entire apartment features a mechanical ventilation system that constantly filters and refreshes indoor air, even with the windows closed. Each room also has centralized air-cooling with digital thermostats.
As part of our sustainable philosophy, we’ve minimized plastic use. Bathrooms feature refillable dispensers with biodegradable soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Dishwasher tablets and laundry soap sheets are also biodegradable and low-foaming.

High-quality linens, towels, blankets, and duvets are provided for your stay. Double Wi-Fi ensures stable internet access.
One parking spot is available in the shared courtyard, accessible via a 3-meter-wide gate. Larger vehicles can park at a safe public lot nearby. The property offers a fast WallBox EV charger, shared with the owners.
Guests are welcome to bring electric or traditional bicycles. A secure alarmed bike room is available for storage and charging, along with a small bike lift for maintenance, and a wash area with a hose.

For those practicing yoga or pilates, a yoga mat and resistance bands are provided. These can be used on the balcony at sunrise or sunset, accompanied by relaxing music—adding to the restorative experience.

Within a 10-minute walk (or 3-minute drive) is the quaint village of Comerio, offering a grocery store, three cafés, a pizzeria, a high-quality butcher, and a restaurant. In Barasso (5 minutes on foot), you’ll find a renowned pastry café selling artisan croissants, sweets, pizza, and bread, as well as a pub with excellent burgers and live music.
For groceries, the top-rated Esselunga supermarket is less than 10 minutes away by car. Two pharmacies are within walking distance, and the train station for Milan, Lake Maggiore, and other destinations is just 6 minutes away.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry room, bike storage), the 50 sqm balcony, and the private pool.

Parking is available for one vehicle in the shared courtyard. Access is through two driveways—one from the street, the other internal. Medium-sized cars can enter with ease, while larger vehicles may require a couple of maneuvers. If needed, a public parking lot is just a few steps from the property.
