A screened porch with a swing, sofa, chairs, and ceiling fans creates a breezy place for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or quiet evenings after a day by the ocean.

The home accommodates up to five guests across two bedrooms and additional sleeping space. The bedroom layout includes one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, along with a sofa bed. The spacious bathroom features a large soaking tub and a step-in shower with a spa panel, while a poolside toilet and outdoor hot-water shower add convenience after beach days or time by the pool.

Outdoor living is a central part of the stay. The fenced backyard includes a private pool, hot tub, brick patio, and space for dining or relaxing. The private pool is not heated, while the hot tub offers a comfortable place to unwind. Guests also have access to beach chairs and a Wheeleez cart for easy trips to the sand, along with two free parking spots and an EV charging station.

Tybee

The place is rustic and charming. We missed a few conveniences like gas grill, coffee mugs, wine glasses…but, with a pool it was understandable no glassware. We went during January and it was impossible to get the house to a warm temperature. My sense is our experience would have been totally different in warmer months. Rustic/charm is a good description. Great walking location to beach.”

Tybee Island is a great place to vacation. Beautiful beaches, great restaurants and friendly people make up this vacation getaway. The cottage was just right for us and very comfortable. Tybee is close to Savannah and Hilton Head which are fun places to visit. River street in Savannah, Civil War forts, and Hilton Head beaches are a must see in the area. ”
