Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. Please be respectful of our neighbors with no loud music or voices/yelling, voices carry here.
Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.
Do not use the living room wood burning fireplace.
No mountain bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house.
Security camera/recording device — We have a security camera facing the driveway and a ring doorbell.
Please do not unplug router, electronics and do not rearrange furniture.
Parties/Events/Other guests than on the reservation: strictly not allowed per AZ state & Sedona law. Any parties or events at the property, all guests will be immediately asked to leave, reservation cancelled, deposit forfeited, and incur extra cleaning charges, plus any damages.
Smoking of any kind (tobacco/vapes): strictly not allowed on the property inside or out. Any use forfeits deposit and incurs additional cleaning, and any damages.
Pets: strictly not allowed. Any pets brought onto the property, all guests will be immediately asked to leave and reservation cancelled, forfeit deposit, and incur extra cleaning charges for entire house, plus any damages.
Guests will not have access to garage. There is driveway parking available.
