We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. Although a few amenities were missing, such as a microwave and a parking space, the location was excellent—just a short walk from the beach and close to everything we needed. The apartment itself is spacious, bright, and comfortable, with good facilities and plenty of natural light. We felt at home during our stay and really enjoyed the place's atmosphere. Overall, it was a lovely experience, especially thanks to the convenient location and the comfortable, welcoming space.”

August 2026Everything we needed and more!
Seaside Charm is right. My family, including children ages 17, 15, and 11, found this apartment to be everything we needed and more for our stay in Mallorca. We had rented a car for the week to do side quests, and there was on street parking in the neighborhood. AC. A lovely shaded view of the Mediterranean from the balcony. Comfortable and clean, with a washer and ability to hang clothes. Great communication with the owner. Sheets and towels were available and ready to go. Walkable restaurants, beach and coffee shops steps away. Probably about 2 miles or so to downtown Palma, with an amazing runnable promendade. Great spot to begin our trip before heading to Barcelona. ”

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Dirk’s home. One of the biggest highlights was the location, it’s just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the water every day. The home is also conveniently located near a bus stop and within walking distance to a grocery store, making everything incredibly accessible and stress-free. The space itself was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully put together. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping the home comfortable and inviting. We especially loved spending our evenings on the patio with a glass of wine, it was such a peaceful and relaxing way to end the day. Dirk was an amazing host, very responsive, welcoming, and made sure everything was seamless from start to finish, which truly elevated the entire experience. Overall, this was a perfect stay, and we would absolutely return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful home in an unbeatable location!”
