Absolute Perfection in the Smokies!

Our stay at Elevation at LeConte this week was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment you complete the winding mountain drive up to this stunning multi-level private retreat, you realize how special the property truly is. The 180-degree unobstructed panoramic view of Mt. LeConte and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is jaw-dropping. The massive wall of floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living room frames the mountains perfectly, making you feel completely immersed in nature while enjoying the comforts of a high-end luxury home. Watching the clouds drift across the peaks while sitting by the stone fireplace was a daily highlight. The home's design and amenities are pristine. The upscale kitchen features a massive marble island perfect for gathering, and the master bathroom felt like a private spa with its beautiful stone-floor walk-in shower and rain showerhead. The bedrooms are incredibly comfortable, featuring cozy modern fireplaces and direct access to the balconies. We spent hours on the lower level playing pool, watching the game, and hanging out by the bar area. Outside, the property continues to impress with a private backyard fire pit surrounded by comfortable orange Adirondack chairs—the ultimate spot to unwind, look for local wildlife, and watch the mountains transition into a golden evening glow. Chris and Karen have truly thought of everything. Their eye for architecture, engineering, and luxury finishes shines through in every corner. We left with unforgettable memories and cannot wait to book our next trip back to Elevation!”

Amazing, brand new home

We had an amazing stay at Karen and Chris’s home in Gatlinburg. Elevation is the perfect name for the house, as it is perched on top of a steep driveway leading to a birds-eye view of the Smoky mountains. It was a special treat to watch sunrise and sunset, as well as the clearing fog after which the Smoky mountains are named. The house is brand new with a well-stocked kitchen, hot tub, pool table, and outdoor BBQ. Upscale furnishings throughout. This was the perfect home base for us to explore Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains. This stay also made us recognize what an incredible program Thirdhome is. Thank you, Karen and Chris!”
