traveled as a family. If you like history, this is the place for you. it’s very spacious, but we only used bedrooms (and kitchen a few times) as the sitting room and dining rooms were very historic. The grounds are beautiful. There was a miscommunication regarding the property description about the pool, so if the pool is important to you ask. pool was not open, despite saying it would be, to our dismay as the weather was 90s and there is no AC, like in many places in Europe. It’s a good place for adults and older kids/ teen kids for exploring the Lecco area (40 minutes from Como). Owner was very responsive. ”

Very elegant apartment

A delightful stay in a very elegant gracious and spacious apartment. 3 lovely bedrooms. 5* reception and dining room. A very well stocked kitchen. Super gardens high up over Calco. One master bedroom with an en suite shower. The other 4 guests in two bedrooms had to share a bathroom with a hand held over bath shower attachment which was not so easy for our friends and the only disappointment. Highly recommended overall. ”
