Inside, guests are welcomed by an oversized entryway designed for Colorado living, complete with seating, gear storage, and space to easily unload after days on the mountain or lake. The main level features an open, window-filled layout that blends living, dining, and lounging spaces, creating a comforting environment for both gathering and finding quiet moments. With four distinct decks, two covered and two open, guests can enjoy fresh mountain air in every season.

The upper level hosts three thoughtfully themed bedrooms, each named after a beloved Summit County ski resort. The primary “Breckenridge” suite includes a California King bed, an electric fireplace, private balcony, 55" TV, and a beautifully updated six-piece ensuite bath. The “Copper” bedroom also offers a California King and 55" TV with ensuite bathroom access, while the “Keystone” bedroom provides a Queen bed topped with a horizontal Twin bunk—ideal for flexible family sleeping and complete with its own TV.

Downstairs, the lower-level “Loveland” bedroom serves as a versatile multi-sleeper bunk suite, outfitted with a King bed, one Twin, and two Full beds, equally suited for couples, large families, or group travel. This level also offers a spacious secondary gathering area featuring a dry bar, high-top table, generous lounge seating, and a 65" TV. A large five-piece bathroom completes this guest-friendly floor, providing comfort and convenience for longer stays.
