This four-bedroom, three-bath mountain residence in Vail accommodates up to ten guests across approximately 2,881 square feet. Set within a quiet, forested area near Gore Creek and Cascade Village, the home combines a peaceful mountain setting with convenient access to skiing, trails, dining and shopping.

Vaulted ceilings and expansive windows bring natural light into the main living area, where a fireplace anchors the open gathering space. The newly renovated kitchen connects with the dining area and offers generous room for preparing meals together. A second living lounge on the lower level provides additional space for relaxing or movie nights.

Four bedrooms include a primary king suite, a second king bedroom with two lofted twin beds, a bedroom with a split king that can be configured as one king or two twins, and a queen bedroom. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space while maximum occupancy remains ten. The primary suite includes an ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a soaking tub and a large walk-in shower.

Outdoor living centers on the private deck, where a hot tub, dining area, grill and seating overlook the surrounding forest. The home also includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fireplace and a one-car private garage. One dog is permitted with advance approval and a $50 nightly pet fee.

The Cascade ski lift is approximately a two-minute drive away, while a Town of Vail bus stop approximately 0.2 miles from the home connects guests with Vail Village, Lionshead and surrounding areas. Concierge planning is included and can coordinate in-home ski fittings, private chefs and catering, custom hat branding, on-mountain experiences and activities such as skiing, fly-fishing, hiking and snowmobiling. Airport transportation, grocery stocking, reservations, spa treatments and other services can also be arranged. Activities and booked services carry additional costs.
