Snow Canyon Retreat with Private Pool and Resort Amenities

Highlights:
• Minutes to Snow Canyon State Park

• Near Tuacahn Amphitheatre and Kayenta Art Village

• Private pool plus Ocotillo Springs resort amenities

Set in Santa Clara’s Ocotillo Springs community, this spacious southern Utah retreat combines a private pool setting with easy access to the region’s red-rock landscapes. Snow Canyon State Park, Tuacahn Center for the Arts and Kayenta Art Village are all nearby, placing hiking, live performances, galleries and desert scenery within easy reach.

Inside, an open-concept kitchen, dining and living area provides a central gathering space with generous seating for meals and time together. Multiple living areas give larger groups room to spread out, while Smart TVs and an upstairs recreation lounge create additional space for movies, games and quieter downtime.

The private backyard is one of the home’s defining features, centered around a swimming pool and built-in hot tub. A poolside firepit, covered outdoor dining area, barbecue and outdoor television extend the living space outside. An upper balcony provides another lounge area with its own firepit and views across the surrounding red-rock landscape.

Entertainment is built into the home with Xbox gaming, arcade games, ping pong and a basketball shootout game. Guests also have access to Ocotillo Springs community amenities, including a heated pool with waterslide and splash pad, pickleball courts, clubhouse and fitness room.

Beyond the resort, Snow Canyon State Park offers hiking and cycling through sandstone cliffs, lava flows and desert terrain, while nearby Tuacahn hosts outdoor theater and concerts beneath the red cliffs. Kayenta Art Village adds galleries, dining and cultural experiences, and St. George is close by for restaurants, shopping and additional recreation. Zion National Park provides another option for a longer day trip into southern Utah.
