PARADISE IN RIO MAR!!

This first floor, direct ocean front villa on the 16th golf hole is Paradise!! Just steps away from the beautiful beach, 5 minute walk to the Wyndham Grand Resort for drinks and food, and a private pool area that we were the only guest there all but one day, was absolute paradise. Sitting in the porch with the ocean breeze and sound of the rolling Atlantic Ocean waves with coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evenings was hard to leave behind. The area is lush and gorgeous with Luquillo, Fajardo, and El Yunque just a short drive away with much to explore and many activities available such as hiking, climbing waterfalls, boating/jet skiing, and golfing. Also, there are many delicious restaurants in the area as well as at the hotel. The unit is clean, well appointed, with detailed instructions, and has everything you could possibly need. The host are responsive and friendly. Thank you Tom & Tamara for allowing us to stay and make wonderful family memories. We hope to return to this beautiful place again! ”

Our stay at this Puerto Rico residence was exceptional. The moment we stepped onto the patio, we were struck by the stunning, unobstructed view of the beach—exactly as pictured, and even more captivating in person. Our family and friends felt immediately at condo, and we would be delighted to return. Evenings on the patio were truly memorable, with the gentle sound of the coquí and the waves creating a serene, almost magical atmosphere. The property’s location is outstanding—just minutes from El Yunque and perfectly situated for exploring the island’s most beautiful beaches, scenic drives, and local attractions. We enjoyed long walks along the shoreline and made great use of the boogie boards thoughtfully provided. The owners were a pleasure to work with—warm, responsive, and attentive. Their restaurant and grocery recommendations were spot on and added to the ease and enjoyment of our stay. Their hospitality elevated the entire experience.
