Set within the grounds of the Four Seasons Resort and Residences at Bahia Beach, this private villa offers a composed retreat along Puerto Rico’s northeastern coastline. The resort spans over 480 acres of preserved beachfront, lakes, and tropical landscape within a certified Audubon sanctuary, creating an environment defined by both natural beauty and thoughtful development. From its position within the community, the villa looks out across the golf course, lake, and surrounding coconut groves, with west-facing exposure that captures the changing light of the Caribbean sky.

The interiors are open, calm, and intentionally understated. A spacious living and dining area flows seamlessly toward a large terrace through wide French doors, creating a natural extension of the living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and generous workspace, supporting both casual meals and longer stays. Access to resort amenities is available through a Bahia Beach Resort Fee of $200 per day, covering up to six guests. This fee provides entry to a wide range of facilities within the resort, including the Beach Club pool, beach access, wellness center, driving range, and non-motorized water sports at the Boathouse. Guests may also enjoy use of bicycles, nature trails, and shared recreational facilities such as tennis, pickleball, paddle, and beach tennis courts. Additional offerings include access to the golf driving range, lake fishing (catch and release), and towel service at the Beach Club. Golf course play and select services may incur additional charges.
