The beautiful seaside town of Pylos is on the southwest coast of Peloponnese, in a large bay known as Navarino Bay, as Navarino was the Italian name of Pylos. The name is also used for the Costa Navarino Golf courses that are within 3km and 10km from the property. The bay is almost closed by the long and narrow islet of Sfaktiria and a smaller rock called Tsichli Baba. The town is built amphitheatrically so the rock formations are visible from nearly all buildings.

All our bedrooms feature 2 twin beds that can be put together with the appropriate in-between 'Pont d'Amour' that fills the gap. (8 guests maximum). A further 5th bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the basement for extra guests or staff members.

We have a full-time Host working for the Villa for 12 months/year + a daily cleaning lady (available on request)

Kids will enjoy the treehouse and the playground within close view from the main terrace.

The Olive Retreat has a Wine Cellar with exclusive Greek Wines in different price ranges. Additionally, Olive Oil grown within the property's own yard with over 250 mature olive trees is also available to guests. Winter trips
From October flights must be taken to Athens, or Kalamata via Thessaloniki. Flights out of UK are operating the full year on Kalamata. Athens airport to the villa is maximum 3h45 with stops for coffee.
This season is popular for golfers, therefore booking in advance is highly recommended
