POWER/AIR CONDITIONING:
• Power and A/C can be turned on by pushing the slot card down in the slot on the wall.
• Please turn the a/c off if you leave the balcony doors open or if you are going to be out for more than one hour.

HOTEL RECEPTION:
A friendly reminder that the hotel reception does not manage this apartment so please do not approach the staff about any matters related to your stay, including keys, car parking or bag storage as they will not be able to provide any assistance. Contact us only for any assistance you may require.

POOL/SPA
Go to the 13th floor and follow the signs, you will need the room card. Open 730am -700pm. No parties or glass allowed.

TRASH:
Trash and recycling, especially food scraps, should remove during your stay to avoid attracting insects that are very persistent in the wet tropics. The refuse chute is on the same floor, please follow the signs.

ANTS/INSECTS:
We use spray and baits but they are a part of life in the tropics. Your co-operation by not leaving food, sugar or drinks open will help limit their numbers.

MAINTENANCE:
For any maintenance concerns, please let us know and we will do our best to get it fixed.

AMENITIES:
A generous amount of amenities are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You will need to provide your own after that.

CHECK OUT:
Put the keys back in the keylock. We will send detailed instructions at 7pm the night before your scheduled check out. If you want them earlier, just let us know.

*****CAR PARKING*****
The apartment has a private car park. Once the key had been collected, please swipe the white card over the black receiver, you will find this on the opposite side of the wall across from the lockbox. Please drive up to the second floor, your park has signage 809/810. For larger vehicles, there is street parking around the building, free in the middle of the street for 3 hours. All street parking is free from 6pm - 8:30am M-F, after 2pm on Saturday and all day Sunday.
