The Gondola Chalet is a five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath mountain retreat in Lincoln, New Hampshire, accommodating up to 14 guests near the base of Loon Mountain. Just a five-minute walk from Loon Mountain Resort, the home combines easy access to four-season recreation with a private hot tub, riverfront deck and spacious gathering areas.

The main living area features vaulted ceilings, warm wood finishes and a stone gas fireplace, along with comfortable seating, a smart TV, Sonos speakers and deck access. The kitchen includes a Wolf range and oven, Sub-Zero refrigerator, wine cooler and granite countertops. A dining table seats 12, the island seats four, and the coffee station includes a Breville Barista espresso machine, Keurig, drip coffee maker and kettle.

Five bedrooms provide eight beds in total. Three bedrooms have king beds, one has a queen bed, and the custom bunk room includes two queen beds and two full beds. The primary suite includes a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Three full bathrooms and one half bath serve the home, with features including a soaking tub, walk-in shower with bench, double vanities and heated floors.

Outdoor spaces include a riverfront deck, private hot tub, stone patio and lounge seating. Guests can use the Weber grill or pizza oven, then gather around the wood-burning Solo Stove or gas fire pit. The lower-level game room features a custom gondola cabin hangout nook, pool table and direct hot tub access, while the heated garage adds ping pong, darts, cornhole and three bicycles.

Loon Mountain Resort places skiing, snowboarding, downhill mountain biking and scenic gondola rides close at hand, while the surrounding White Mountains offer hiking, cycling, river access and scenic drives along the Kancamagus Highway. The two-level home is connected by stairs. Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is strongly recommended from November through April. Parking accommodates six vehicles, with two garage spaces and four driveway spaces; street parking is not permitted.
