A private split-level apartment within our Reykjavík house — a quiet creative base in a green residential neighbourhood, less than a 15-minute drive from the city centre.. The location is ideal for exploring both Reykjavík’s restaurants, galleries and cultural attractions, as well as the nearby countryside, coastline and walking areas.

The light-filled apartment has three comfortable bedrooms and accommodates up to six guests. It features modern Nordic decor, fast internet, a full kitchen, and relaxed living and dining areas. The kitchen and living spaces are on the lower level, along with a second WC and laundry facilities. The bedrooms and main bathroom are on the upper level.

The neighbourhood was originally developed for artists in the 1970s and includes a sculpture garden, walking paths and generous green surroundings. The apartment is located within a building connected to an artist’s studio and has often hosted visiting artists and musicians from around the world.

Free parking is directly outside the house. The area is peaceful and great for walks, while still within easy reach of 24-hour grocery shopping, a cinema, restaurants and takeaways, and Iceland's renowned outdoor geothermal swimming pools with saunas and hot tubs.
