Ingwe Lodge is a fully self-catered private estate. Guests are required to bring all of their own food, snacks, drinks, charcoal (for the Big Green Egg), and specialty coffee pods/beans. Complimentary in-room mini-bars are provided on arrival, but all primary meals and beverages must be supplied by the guest.

Mandatory Additional Fees & Services
To maintain the seamless operation, security, and luxury standard of this private reserve estate, the following mandatory utility, staffing, and guiding fees apply to every booking and are billed in USD:
1. On-Site Lodge Staffing & Operations
Cost: $200 per day for the lodge
Details: Billed daily to cover a dedicated team of 2 to 3 professional staff members (allocated based on internal duty rotations).
Services Included:
Daily housekeeping and turn-down service across all 5 chalets, the kitchen, the main house, and the game viewer vehicle.
Full preparation and cooking of daily breakfast (such as a classic Hunter's Breakfast or fresh fruit salads).
Full preparation, cooking, and clean-up of daily lunches.
Setting up, clearing, and lighting the main boma fire pits nightly.
Pre-packing the Game Ranger vehicle daily with your chosen drinks, ice, snacks, and morning tea/coffee flasks for the bush.
Note: Staff hours are strictly from 07:00 to 16:00 daily.
2. Private Game Ranger & Dedicated Safari Vehicle
Cost: $300 per day

Details: A dedicated, highly qualified professional game ranger is mandatory to take your group on Safari drives.
Services Included:
Up to 2 private game drives per day (typically scheduled as a sunrise morning drive and a late-afternoon sunset drive).
A maximum cap of 14 tailored game drives per week.
Exclusive, unlimited use of the lodge’s custom-engineered open 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser safari vehicle, built with upgraded suspension for maximum tracking comfort, including all diesel fuel costs.
Optional Add-On: Airport Transfers
Over time for staff member to stay after 16:00 - $150 per night per staff
Bush walks with a profession guide and rifle - $250 per person
Rhino orphanage visit $250 per person
Rhino dehorning &/or reallocation operations (subject to availability by reserve management) $300 per person

Private ground transportation can be arranged directly from King Shaka International Airport (DUR) directly to the East Gate of Manyoni Private Game Reserve via the lodge's trusted partner, East Coast Shuttle Services.
Rates are billed one-way based on your group size and vehicle choice:
