An ensuite bathroom provides a spa-like oasis, complete with oversized soaking tub and separate bath with twin showerheads.

The second room is appointed with a queen-sized bed, double sleeping sofa and ensuite full bathroom. There is also a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room.

Great location ... love the swimming pools and washer dryer in room

We have stayed at Marriott Newport Coast Villas many times and love how close it is to Newport Beach and the amenities that the property has. Owner was a pleasure to deal with. The 2 bedroom is very large with 3 TVs. Love this place. Hope this owner puts another week into Thirdhome.”
