Set within the Blackstone community in Canyons Village, this third-floor Park City condo offers an easy mountain base for ski trips, summer escapes, and year-round resort stays. Canyons is part of the largest ski resort in Utah and connects to Park City by gondola, making this location especially convenient for guests who want broad mountain access from a quieter resort village setting.

Inside, the single-level residence spans approximately 1,188 square feet with an open great room that brings together the living, dining, and kitchen areas. A gas fireplace, 55-inch Smart TV, and comfortable seating create an inviting gathering space after ski days or mountain hikes. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel Viking appliances, including a gas range, along with stone countertops, bar seating for four, and a dining table that seats six.

The condo accommodates up to eight guests across two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a living room sofa bed. The primary suite includes a king bed, 55-inch Smart TV, gas fireplace, and private en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a spacious tiled shower with a built-in bench. The second bedroom is arranged as a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a private en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub combination.

Outdoor living includes a private balcony with a gas BBQ grill, bistro-style table, and open mountain views. Guests also have access to Blackstone’s community amenities, including a year-round heated pool, communal hot tub, clubhouse, and fitness room, all located within the condominium complex. Central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs with cable programming, in-unit stacked laundry, an elevator, and designated community garage parking add everyday convenience.

The condo is a short walk to the Cabriolet gondola, which connects guests to the Canyons base area, and skis can be stored overnight at the base of the mountain. Guests can also use the free Canyons Connect app for transportation around the resort, while Uber and public bus service are available for rides into Park City or Kimball Junction. For larger groups, an additional property across the hall, 3B, may also be reserved and includes two bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed.
