This three-bedroom, three-bath villa on the Northside of St. Thomas offers approximately 1,800 square feet for up to eight guests. Expansive views stretch across the U.S. Virgin Islands and toward Charlotte Amalie Harbor, while a private infinity-style pool and covered outdoor spaces make the most of the island setting.

The brand-new kitchen provides a bright space for preparing meals, with indoor living areas opening toward the views beyond. Air conditioning is available in each bedroom and the main living space, while Starlink internet and solar power add convenience throughout the stay.

The three bedrooms include one king bedroom, one queen bedroom and one bedroom with two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The main residence is walk-in level with no stairs. Two separate rental units are attached below the main house, each with its own private entrance and outdoor space. The driveway is the only shared area.

Outdoor living centers on the private infinity-style pool, covered porch and large dining area with a grill. Guests can watch the sunrise over Charlotte Amalie, relax as cruise ships move through the harbor or rinse off after the beach in the outdoor shower. Beach and water toys are also available.

Hull Bay Beach is approximately five minutes away by car, while Magens Bay is about 15 minutes away and downtown Charlotte Amalie about 10 minutes away. Local restaurants and other island attractions are also accessible by car. A rental vehicle is recommended for exploring St. Thomas.
