This level also has a second guest room with two twin beds and a full bathroom. On the third level you will find the master suite with a king bed and a state of the art bathroom suite, where you can enjoy an over-sized shower or a free standing bath tub. His-and her vanities and closets are part of the suite as well as your own private balcony terrace with water-views. The third guest room with private bath and king size bed nestles at the other end of the floor, with a laundry room with washer&dryer in between. The bedrooms have electric shades for privacy and sun protection.
The roof top terrace is the top feature of this elegant town home, featuring artificial grass for a garden like atmosphere. A comfortable outdoor rattan patio set offers seating for twelve, and the built in summer Kitchen has a permanent gas connection for unlimited BBQ for the built-in grille, plus a sink and refrigerator to enjoy sunsets on top of the town. The elevator reaches the top floor to deliver food and drinks for your outdoor enjoyment.
The heated infinity pool and hot tub area is lined with four lounge chairs and a designer oversized Italian Designer umbrella. You can access it from the dockside outside your front door or from the community access door in the rear.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the house immensely. It was the perfect size for us to spread out and enjoy for the New Year's holiday. Fantastic Thanksgiving Vacation!
My family had a wonderful stay at SKY230 in Fort-Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. What a cute beach town! The home is new (2016), very modern, clean, and well stocked with all you would need (cooking supplies, towels, sheets). The owner, Lauren, was so accommodating and helpful. The townhome is a brisk 9 min walk to the beach, but there is beach parking ($2.25/hour) if you don't want to lug a lot of beach supplies. The housing complex has a pool which is heated and right outside the townhome, A short drive away is Bayview City Park with a great playground for kids, soccer fields, and public tennis courts. We rented a boat from Atlantic Boat and Jet Skis down the road (3 miles away) and had a wonderful morning cruising along the canal. The house sleeps 8 comfortably and has a wonderful rooftop -- bbq, table and chairs, sofas, all on a fake grass type of flooring. What beautiful views of the stars at night - great place for cocktails! We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you, Lauren, for such an incredible stay and making our Thanksgiving family vacation so memorable!”

The residence is brand new and everything from appliances to finishes = high end. A minimalist, clean design. New residence is still working out a few quirks, to be expected in new construction (i.e., new toaster set off the smoke alarms; a door hinge needed adjusting so it would close.) All requests for assistance or info were handled promptly and no significant issues. Nice touches to have supply of soaps, shampoos, paper products, detergents -- it's my first stay in a 3rd H property so not sure if that is standard. Walking distance to coffee shop, restaurants and beach, bike rental shop nearby. There are 3 bedrooms that have doors that close for privacy. The 4th "bedroom" is actually a ground floor room that is open to the main room above. No issue for our group, but depending on visiting group, that room might be best for older kids or someone that doesn't need a closed bedroom. Oodles of space and easily accommodates 8 people on multiple floors. Clean, bright and shiny and we thoroughly enjoyed it.”
