The nearest sandy beach and the famous Puerto Banús marina are both around three kilometres away. Marbella’s historic Old Town is approximately nine kilometres from the apartment, while Málaga Airport is around 60 kilometres away and can normally be reached in approximately 45 to 50 minutes by car, depending on traffic.

Please note that the apartment is located in an elevated position and there are several stairs within the communal garden. It is therefore not recommended for guests who have difficulty using stairs. Families with young children should also take extra care and supervise children closely when using the terraces and balcony.
