Property View
San Jacinto Mountain and desert landscape. In our opinion, we have one of the most epic, unobstructed views of the San Jacinto -- you can even see the tram going up and down the mountain at night! The views are an absolute highlight of the property.
House Rules
Palm Springs has specific rules that govern every short-term rental property in the city. These rules include limits on the number of cars, the number of guests allowed at one time during the day, and restrictions on amplified music. These rules are basically common-sense restrictions to help ensure the neighborhood remains normal rather than in chaos. Short-term tenants must abide by these rules, and they are subject to fines/early termination if they violate policies. In the 8+ years we have offered our house for short-term rent, only 1 person was ever evicted for violating these policies (she was attempting to have a party for nearly 100 friends).
Additional Fees
Optional: Pool heating is available for an additional daily fee--generally speaking, the pool (unheated) is comfortable from May-October; in addition, guests have the option to pay for pool heating if they choose. Jacuzzi heating, however, is always included for free for our guests.
