Description

Traditional Trulli Retreat in Puglia

Set amid the green countryside of Putignano, this thoughtfully restored masseria brings together Puglian character and contemporary comfort across approximately 100 square metres. Whitewashed walls, traditional trulli and carefully preserved stonework reflect the region’s architectural heritage, while the surrounding garden and open rural outlook create a calm, private atmosphere.

Inside, the home is arranged with three double bedrooms and three bathrooms, offering a comfortable sense of independence for families or small groups. The interiors retain an intimate, authentic quality, complemented by air conditioning, central heating and a practical kitchen equipped for everyday dining. A washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine add convenience, while the living area includes a sofa bed and views towards the garden.

The outdoor spaces form the heart of the property. An infinity pool is framed by greenery and stone walls, providing a refreshing setting during warm summer days. A dedicated relaxation area with a hydromassage tub offers a quieter place to unwind, while the barbecue area encourages leisurely meals outdoors. Private parking is also available within the grounds. The balance of shaded corners, open lawns and water features gives the garden a relaxed and harmonious rhythm.

Thoughtful services support the experience without diminishing the home’s sense of privacy. Housekeeping is provided every two days, with pool care included. For stays of at least one week, bed linen and towels are changed every four days. Complimentary WiFi completes a refined countryside retreat that respects local tradition while delivering the comforts expected of a well appointed modern home.
