Niagara Vineyard Estate House
Niagara Vineyard Estate House
Make this home your own genuine Wine Country Headquarters with the best of the Beamsville Bench Vineyards right at your door and yet just 20 minutes to the iconic Niagara Falls. You get the best of both worlds: rural environment with Toronto and Niagara Falls within easy day tripping distance.
The classic red brick farmhouse has porches with views of our beautifully manicured vineyards, Lake Ontario and the skyline of Toronto.
This house is a great home base for a family looking to visit Niagara Falls but eager to avoid the crazy rushed environment of the actual town. Escarpment Biosphere Reserve is located right in your backyard with access to Bruce Trail, a lengthy hiking path. Niagara is a lovely venue for biking with safe roads and some exclusive bike paths.
This estate home is complete with high quality furnishings with hardwood floors throughout including a well provisioned, custom kitchen. Plentiful dishes and glassware mean you do don't spend too much time on domestic tasks. Also, every bit of the home is ENTIRELY ACCESSIBLE with our elevator and roll in shower.
There are four full bedrooms with generous closet space including a gorgeous, spacious Master Suite. There is a television room separate from the living room and an upstairs den with a pullout couch and a wonderful second floor balcony with love seat and chair. The house is wrapped on two sides with porches (including a swing of course!) and a deck on the third side. We have an acre of garden and lawn as well as access to a two hundred acre vineyard all around us.
For wine tourists, this lovely rural property is less than ten kilometers to Jordan Village, the headquarters of Cave Spring Cellars, and its shops, galleries and restaurants. It is a similar distance to the Mountainview area of wineries such as Hidden Bench and Peninsula Ridge and the Cherry Avenue wineries such as Tawse and Vineland Estates. There are wineries such as Malivoire and Redstone that you can easily walk to. Culinary tourists are equally well served by the exciting winery restaurants in the Twenty Valley, such as Inn on the Twenty and the Good Earth Bistro.
For theatre goers, the Shaw Festival is a leisurely half hour drive. And don't miss the Niagara Falls, the same half hour away. For international guests, the house is 99 kilometres from downtown Toronto and about 40 Kilometres to the US border and Buffalo: both cities are achievable day trips from the Estate House
The owners live adjacent to the house and are available to help and add local expertise with planning your stay.
We do allow some dogs with prior discussion about guidelines.

A Home from Home but better.
Our family had a lovely stay, we arrived and the Christmas tree was lit up and the house was warm and cosy. The bedrooms are beautifully and tastefully decorated with the softest sheets you can ever imagine! The kitchen is well equipped and the views are beautiful from every window. There are many fabulous restaurants close by but we also enjoyed cooking at home and making use of our surroundings. We would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting a completely relaxing break, there are plenty of walk and trails for fitness and you will miss this place when you leave - as we did!”
Wonderful Vineyard Victorian Estate Home
This new Victorian Estate home is located with the Niagara escarpment Bruce Trial behind it, and sloping vineyards in front, looking down to the lake. Reminded us of Tuscany. The House is impeccable in every way with beautiful décor, modern conveniences and all the amenities. Lots of wine tasting nearby as well as fine winery restaurants. We visited Niagara-on- the lake and Niagara Falls, both just over 30 minutes away, and attended a play at the Shaw Festival. Helen was a gracious host. ”
Beautiful Location, Amazing Hosts
Our stay at Niagara Vineyard Estate House was even better than imagined. It was a perfect location between Toronto and the Niagara Falls area. We loved both! Helen was a wonderful host, provided thoughtful information, and unlike most ThirdHome stays, greeted us personally and spent time with our children. Wines from the vineyard were also available, and were wonderful! ”
Niagra vineyard estate
This home was a gem amid. Vineyards... great location to explore the wine region and niagra on the lake. Lovely owners... ”
Views and To Do's
The estate house at Cave Spring Vineyards is a jewel indeed. Set in a luscious vineyard, part of a beautifully maintained conservation area, the house looks like a 19th century manor home. The ample rooms are furnished with comfortably elegant furniture. There are numerous porches and balconies from which spectacular views abound in every direction. Lake Ontario and Toronto can be seen in the distance on clear days and nights. In the middle of Ontario's wine country, the estate is close to numerous vineyards, charming towns, and Lake Ontario. Niagara Falls is only a half hour away, and simply spectacular. Toronto is just an hour away, with the CN Tower and views literally for miles. All of this pales in comparison to the gracious hospitality of the owners. The Youngs were so helpful, welcoming, interesting, and fun. A week was too short in this immaculate, lovely and perfectly situated home! Thank you so much, Helen, Len and Giulliana!!!”
Fabulous Wine Country Home
A charming family retreat in the heart of Niagara's wine region. The owner's assistant, Ann, was an excellent manager, and provided us with a top-notch experience. Would highly recommend this home and host - Marc”
Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality! As soon as we booked our trip, Helen went above and beyond to send ample suggestions of things to do and see during our stay with a great selection of local favorites. Not only an oenophiles dream, there is a little bit of everything available nearby this fantastic wine country destination. Fine dining, theatre, hiking, fishing, breweries, shopping, Toronto, Niagara Falls and more... there is truly something for everyone within moments of the Estate House. The "offseason" may have been the perfect time to visit with fewer crowds and distractions. We hope to return one day and will highly recommend the Estate House and Canadian wine country to others!”
