The home is approximately a five-minute walk from the island’s white-sand shoreline and less than one-third of a mile from a selection of local restaurants, shops, and everyday conveniences. Its single-level layout, relaxed coastal interiors, and central island location create a comfortable base for families and groups.

The open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room form the social heart of the home. A gas range, expansive island, generous cabinetry, and updated appliances support everything from casual breakfasts to full group dinners. Soft coastal tones and broad openings toward the pool enclosure keep the interior bright, while a separate sitting area with a desk, copier, scanner, and printer provides flexibility for reading, remote work, or quiet downtime.

Three bedrooms and three bathrooms accommodate guests across a practical layout. Two bedrooms are furnished with king beds, televisions, and private ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The third bedroom includes two twin-over-twin bunk beds, providing four twin beds, and uses the hall bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Two complimentary EV charging connections are also available, including a standard 110-volt outlet and a 220-volt NEMA 14-50 connection suitable for compatible vehicles or golf carts.

Holmes Beach offers restaurants, shops, public recreation facilities, boat rentals, and access to Anna Maria Island’s complimentary trolley system.
