Set on the Pacific coast in El Zonte, this fifth-floor oceanfront condo overlooks the beach and surf break. Ocean views extend from the living room and both bedrooms, with both sunrise and sunset visible over the water.

The open living spaces are oriented toward the ocean, with warm wood finishes, exposed structural details, a kitchen island, and broad windows facing the Pacific. The layout provides an inviting setting for shared meals, quiet mornings, and watching surfers from the living room.

The condo accommodates up to six guests across two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, while the second includes a queen bed and twin bunk bed, allowing that room to sleep four.

An outdoor pool provides another place to enjoy the coastal setting. The condo is directly oceanfront, with El Zonte’s beach and surf break immediately defining the outlook.
