Description

Panoramic Smoky Mountain Cabin with Private Hot Tub

Highlights:
• Half-mile to scenic Foothills Parkway

• Five minutes to private Lake in the Sky

• Panoramic Great Smoky Mountains views

Set on more than six private acres in Tallassee, this four-bedroom, four-bathroom Appalachian-style log cabin accommodates up to nine guests with panoramic views across the Great Smoky Mountains. The property sits approximately half a mile from Foothills Parkway, providing a peaceful mountain setting with convenient access to scenic drives, hiking and outdoor recreation.

Built from hand-hewn western red cedar logs, the cabin combines traditional Appalachian craftsmanship with modern comforts. The main living area features vaulted wood ceilings, expansive mountain-facing windows and a Tulikivi soapstone wood-burning fireplace. A full kitchen and dining area provide space for shared meals, while a separate game room with arcade games and foosball offers another gathering space. A dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi are also provided.

The main-floor bedroom has two twin beds. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed, while the loft bedroom has three twin beds, including a twin trundle. The lower-level bedroom has a queen bed. Four full bathrooms serve the home, providing convenient space for families and groups.

Outdoor living is centered around the mountain setting. A broad deck and screened porch overlook the surrounding ridgelines, while a private year-round hot tub provides a place to relax with mountain views. An outdoor shower, firepit, gas grill and additional seating areas extend the living space outside.

Guests also have access to Lake in the Sky, approximately five minutes from the cabin. The private lake includes a small beach area, pavilion and basketball court. Foothills Parkway is approximately half a mile away, and nearby Look Rock offers a short hike to an elevated viewing platform overlooking the surrounding mountains.

Great Smoky Mountains National Park provides extensive opportunities for hiking, waterfall excursions, wildlife viewing and scenic drives, while downtown Maryville is approximately 12 miles away for restaurants, shops and everyday conveniences. You are a 45 minute drive from the mountain towns of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge where the Dollywood theme park is located.
