Spread across multiple levels, the home provides generous space for families and groups while keeping Nelson Bay’s beaches, marina, restaurants and cafés within easy reach.

The main living and dining areas are arranged to make the most of the elevated setting, with large windows and access to two balconies overlooking the water. A fully equipped kitchen supports meals at home, while air-conditioned living areas and ceiling fans provide additional comfort. The balconies offer outdoor seating for morning coffee, relaxed meals and watching boats move through Port Stephens.

The home has five bedrooms. Bedroom one has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet.
