Set within the gated Waikoloa Beach Villas on Hawaiʻi Island’s Kohala Coast, this three-bedroom end unit offers a comfortable home base in the heart of Waikoloa Beach Resort. Shopping and dining are conveniently located across the way at Queens’ MarketPlace and Kings’ Shops, while the palm-lined shores of ʻAnaehoʻomalu Bay are approximately a 15-minute walk or a few minutes away by car.

Inside, the residence provides plenty of room for family and friends to gather, with central air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishware, a drip coffee maker, blender, and rice cooker, making meals at home easy. A private lanai with a barbecue grill extends the living space outdoors for relaxed island evenings.

Three bedrooms are arranged across two levels. The primary bedroom, upstairs, features a king bed. Additionally, the upstairs includes a guest bedroom offering a queen bed, and, the downstairs guest bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. A sleeper sofa in the loft provides additional sleeping space. Televisions are located in the living room and each bedroom, and an in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

Guests also have access to the community amenities at Waikoloa Beach Villas, including two swimming pools, two hot tubs, and an onsite fitness room. Beach towels, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, an umbrella, and a portable cooler are provided for days spent exploring the Kohala Coast.

From swimming and snorkeling at nearby beaches to golf, shopping, dining, and sunset walks along ʻAnaehoʻomalu Bay, the location puts many of Waikoloa’s signature experiences within easy reach. Historic fishponds and petroglyphs add another dimension to the surrounding landscape, offering a glimpse into the cultural history that has long shaped this stretch of the Hawaiʻi Island coast.

Parking: Included in the unit is an assigned parking spot directly in front. Please note the unit is only allowed one car as parking in the area is limited and restricted.

Property Manager: Also included is an on-island Property Manager who is available to address any concerns or questions. A renter agreement, with the Property Manager, is required to be signed prior to your stay.
