Description

Beachfront Escape on the Bolivar Peninsula

“This 27-mile stretch of beachfront paradise [is] one of the most unique destinations on the Texas coast.” — Bolivar Peninsula Tourism & Visitors Center

Highlights
• Direct beachfront setting with a private path just steps from the sand

• Unobstructed Gulf views from every room and a spacious covered beachfront deck

• Ideal for fishing, birding, and remote work, with Starlink Wi-Fi and easy access to the Bolivar Peninsula coastline

Set directly along the Gulf Coast on the Bolivar Peninsula, this three-bedroom beachfront home offers an easygoing escape with sweeping water views and the sand just steps away. Tucked into a quieter area of the peninsula, the home pairs a private coastal setting with comfortable spaces designed for families, couples, and small groups.

Ocean views extend throughout the home, including the open-concept living room and kitchen. A generous wraparound sofa creates a comfortable gathering place for movies or board games, while Starlink Wi-Fi makes it easy to stream, stay connected, or work remotely. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an oversized island, ample counter space, and multiple options for casual group dining.

Three bedrooms accommodate guests comfortably. The primary suite features a king bed, private bathroom, television, and panoramic ocean and bay views. A second bedroom offers a queen bed and ocean views, while the third includes a queen bed alongside a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Each guest bedroom also includes a television and ceiling fan.

Outdoor living centers around the covered beachfront deck, furnished with captain’s chairs and a dining table overlooking the Gulf. Below the home, guests will find a barbecue grill, picnic table, private outdoor shower, and foot-rinse station. A private path approximately 20 feet from the house leads directly onto the beach for days spent along the shoreline.

The surrounding Bolivar Peninsula offers plenty for those drawn to the outdoors. Surf fishing is available just beyond the home, while the region’s position along the Great Texas Coastal Birding Trail makes it especially appealing for birdwatching and wildlife enthusiasts. Whether mornings begin with sunrise views, fishing from the shore, or coffee overlooking the Gulf, this beachfront retreat provides a relaxed base for enjoying the Texas coast.
