Set on Isle of Palms, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom coastal home accommodates up to eight guests across approximately 1,700 square feet. Renovated in 2022, the two-level residence offers a relaxed Lowcountry setting with beach access, neighborhood amenities and restaurants within walking distance.

The interior includes a comfortable family room, dining area and full kitchen with an island and eat-in seating. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker, while central air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace add everyday convenience.

Two bedrooms feature king beds, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. A queen pull-out sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space, bringing maximum occupancy to eight guests. Two full bathrooms serve the home, and a full-size washer and dryer are provided.

Outdoor spaces include a front sun deck, screened porch with a bed swing and a spacious back porch for dining and relaxing. The backyard overlooks a lagoon and includes additional seating, a firepit and cornhole. Guests also have access to a seasonal shared community pool and tennis and pickleball courts. Beach chairs, an umbrella, wagon and cooler are provided for days by the ocean.

Isle of Palms Beach is about a five-minute walk away, while nearby restaurants, beachfront bars and a grocery store can also be reached on foot. Historic Charleston is approximately twenty minutes away by car, providing easy access to the city’s dining, architecture and cultural attractions while keeping the stay centered on the coast.
