The city’s central square, El Jardín, is just four to five blocks away, placing restaurants, galleries, shops, markets, and the iconic Parroquia within an easy stroll.

A palm-lined arched walkway creates a memorable introduction to the home, leading toward an inviting great room overlooking the private courtyard and swimming pool. Large glass doors can be opened to create an airy indoor-outdoor atmosphere or closed on cooler mornings, allowing the central living space to adapt naturally throughout the day.

Hand-painted tiles, carved wood details, and warm architectural elements bring character throughout the interiors. The great room connects with the kitchen and a second sitting room, giving guests multiple spaces to gather or unwind. The home also features a whole-house water purification system for added convenience.
