Located approximately five minutes from Downtown Truckee, the residence is also positioned at the doorstep of the Sawtooth trail system, making it particularly convenient for days spent hiking or biking.

Inside, the main living area provides plenty of room to gather, with an adjoining kitchen offering generous preparation space and a dining table for eight. A separate loft adds another relaxed living area with a sofa and television. For guests combining travel with remote work, three separate workstations with monitors are positioned throughout the home.

The primary bedroom features an adjoining recently renovated bathroom, while two additional bedrooms share a second bathroom. One of these bedrooms includes a pull-out king-size sleeper sofa. A laundry room adds further convenience for longer stays.

Beyond the home, Downtown Truckee's restaurants, shops, and galleries are a short drive away, while Northstar California and Palisades Tahoe are each approximately 15 minutes from the property. Kings Beach and Tahoe City are around 25 minutes away, providing easy access to Lake Tahoe alongside the hiking, biking, skiing, and year-round recreation of the surrounding Sierra Nevada.

A separate ADU at the rear of the property is occupied by a full-time tenant and does not form part of the guest accommodations. The tenant has a friendly senior dog that may occasionally be present in the backyard, so guests should be aware that the outdoor area may not always be entirely private.**
