The upper level serves as the home's main gathering space, bringing together the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Seating for eight at the dining table and four at the breakfast bar provides plenty of room for shared meals, while the adjoining screened porch offers a breezy spot to unwind. Above, a ship's watch provides a dedicated workspace.

The home accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces. Two king bedrooms each have a private bathroom, while a queen bedroom and a bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk share a hall bath. An open den and the living room each include a sleeper sofa. In total, the home provides three full bathrooms and one half bath.

Outside, the private 14-by-28-foot swimming pool creates an inviting setting for warmer days, while the hot tub offers another place to relax. A sun deck, porch swing, gas and charcoal grills, outdoor shower, and screened porch provide additional options for enjoying the coastal setting. The pool is seasonally available, generally from late April through October, depending on weather.
