Set within the gated Hollies Village community at Bay Creek Resort, this four-bedroom Cape Charles home offers a relaxed Eastern Shore retreat with private beach access and a thoughtful collection of spaces for gathering, recreation, and quiet downtime.

Inside, the home comfortably accommodates up to nine guests. The first-floor primary suite features a king bed, private bathroom, and television. Upstairs, a second king bedroom includes a couch and television, while two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed, with one also providing a couch and twin trundle. In total, the home has two full bathrooms and one half bath.

The fully equipped kitchen includes Samsung and KitchenAid appliances along with an extensive selection of small appliances, while seating for eight at the dining table and six at the breakfast bar makes shared meals easy. A separate office provides dedicated space for remote work, and the game room offers a television, foosball, piano, board games, comfortable seating, and balcony access.

Outdoor living centers around the spacious back porch, where guests can dine and relax beside the private hot tub and propane fire table. A Weber gas grill is available for cookouts, while a separate Solo wood-burning fire pit extends evenings into the yard.

Guests have included access to select Bay Creek amenities, including the community beach, junior Olympic-size pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and more than 10 miles of hiking and biking trails through the community's nature preserve. Access to Bay Creek's Life Center is available for an additional nightly resort fee and includes three additional pools, a waterslide, splash pad, and fitness center. Golf tee times and beach chair and umbrella rentals can also be arranged for additional fees with the applicable resort package.
