This four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom townhouse in Steamboat Springs’ EagleRidge neighborhood accommodates up to twelve guests. The mountain setting offers convenient access to the Yampa River Core Trail, Steamboat Resort and downtown, with complimentary shuttle service to both the ski base and town.

The open-concept living area centers around an indoor fireplace and generous seating, with large windows bringing natural light into the space. A full kitchen with an oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and blender connects with the dining area, while a separate game room, TV, sound system and dedicated workspace provide additional space to spread out.

The four bedrooms include a king bed in the first bedroom, a sofa bed and bunk bed in the second, a queen bed in the third and a king bed in the fourth. A second sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. Three full bathrooms and one half bathroom serve the home, with family-friendly features including a Pack ’n Play and high chair.

Outdoor spaces include a furnished deck with a BBQ grill and hot tub for relaxing after a day in the mountains. A ping pong table provides another option for recreation. Guests also have two reserved garage parking spaces, an EV charger, in-unit washer and dryer and Wi-Fi.

The Yampa River Core Trailhead is about a ten-minute walk from the home, providing access to walking, biking and the river corridor. Complimentary shuttle service and the local free bus make it easy to reach the ski base and downtown Steamboat Springs. The base area can also be reached on foot, though the route includes an uphill section. Skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, shopping and dining are all accessible from the area.
