This four-bedroom, two-bath lakefront home in Mayville sits directly on Chautauqua Lake with more than 100 feet of shoreline and a private dock. Recently renovated, the single-level residence combines expansive lake views with direct water access and a bright, open layout designed for relaxed family and group stays.

The vaulted great room is lined with windows overlooking the lake and connects directly with the kitchen and dining area. Exposed wood beams add warmth to the bright interior, while the kitchen features stainless steel appliances and ample space for preparing meals together. Wi-Fi, Netflix, a Bluetooth sound system, board games, arcade basketball and a dart board provide additional options for time indoors.

Four bedrooms include one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, one bedroom with two double beds and a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds. Two renovated full bathrooms serve the home. A washer and dryer, dedicated workspace and central heating and air conditioning add convenience throughout the stay.

Outside, a large lawn leads directly to Chautauqua Lake. Kayaks, paddleboards and a pedal boat are provided seasonally, along with fishing poles, yard games, outdoor shuffleboard, a grill and fire pit. The dock may be used for lake access but cannot be used to tie off personal or rental boats or jet skis. The pontoon boat pictured at the property is not included. Guests bringing motorized watercraft can use the nearby Mayville public boat launch and arrange separate marina storage if needed.

A public walking and cycling trail runs just outside the property and continues to Lakeside Park, approximately one mile away, where guests can enjoy the beach, playground, tennis courts, basketball and other recreation. Restaurants are also accessible along the route, while Chautauqua Institution and additional lake recreation are within easy driving distance.
