Set among towering pines in the Broken Bow area, this expansive retreat brings together elevated group accommodations and an extraordinary collection of indoor and outdoor amenities. Encompassing 8,825 square feet, including more than 2,100 square feet of decks, the three-story home overlooks a private stocked pond and accommodates up to 52 guests.

Eight king suites provide generous private accommodations, each with its own bathroom, while several also feature private balconies overlooking the pool and pond. Two additional bunk rooms offer a combined 15 queen beds and en-suite bathrooms, creating flexible sleeping arrangements for large multigenerational gatherings. At the heart of the home, soaring ceilings and large windows frame the wooded and water views, while indoor and outdoor living areas each feature a propane fireplace.

The spacious kitchen is exceptionally well equipped for groups, with an oversized refrigerator and freezer, two dishwashers, two sinks, double ovens, and extensive preparation space. Multiple indoor and outdoor dining areas provide room to gather throughout the property.

Recreation is woven into nearly every level. The game room includes genuine arcade games, two racing machines, Skee-Ball, air hockey, poker, pool, foosball, ping pong, and a custom multi-game arcade. Outside, a 20-by-40-foot pool, 10-person hot tub, four-person sauna, pickleball and basketball court, play set, fire pit, and outdoor games offer plenty of ways to spend the day.

A private dock provides access to the stocked catch-and-release pond, with six double kayaks and four single kayaks available. Direct ATV trail access adds another way to explore, while Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, Hochatown, and the area's restaurants and attractions are a short drive away.
