Set directly along Lake Champlain, this six-bedroom home pairs a private beachfront with expansive water views and generous spaces for gathering. Built in 2019, the residence makes the most of its lakefront position with soaring living room ceilings and a wall of windows that brings the surrounding scenery into the heart of the home.

The main level centers around a well-appointed kitchen, dining area, and bright living space overlooking the lake. The indoor dining table seats eight, with four additional seats at the kitchen island. Three distinct living areas provide room for groups to spread out, including a second-floor loft with a large sofa and game table and a lower-level recreation room for television, games, books, and puzzles.

Six bedrooms accommodate up to 14 guests across several levels. The first-floor primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, spacious private bathroom with shower, and its own balcony. Upstairs are two queen bedrooms with lake views and a shared bathroom with a bubble tub. The third-floor loft includes a full bed, daybed with trundle, lake views, and a small workspace with an iMac. Two additional bedrooms, one queen and one with two twin beds, are located on the lower level and share a full bathroom.

Outdoor living unfolds across a spacious deck and patio overlooking Lake Champlain. Guests can relax in the hot tub, gather around the fire table, dine outside at the eight-person table, or settle into Adirondack chairs. Boulder steps lead down to the private beach, where additional Adirondack seating and a fire pit are available when lake levels permit.

A private dock is installed seasonally from June through September. Because Lake Champlain's water level varies, docking conditions are generally best in early summer and should be confirmed in advance when bringing a boat.

•• Home has a tenant occupied 1 bedroom garage apartment with a separate entrance. Aside from seeing their cars in the driveway (please take care not to block them in) you'll have no interaction with them as the backyard, hot tub, patio, deck and beach belong to you during your stay

•• Air Conditioning: Three wall-mounted air-conditioning units are provided throughout the home for added comfort. While routinely maintained, these units can occasionally require service, and repair availability in the area may be limited. For this reason, continuous air conditioning cannot be guaranteed during your stay.
