Five bedrooms include one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, one full bedroom and two bunk rooms, each furnished with two twin bunk beds. The home includes a walk-out basement and requires one step to enter. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located on the main level.

Outdoor living centers on the furnished two-level deck overlooking Kentucky Lake. A private dock provides direct lake access, while a kayak, paddleboards, paddles and life vests are available for exploring the water. A gas grill, propane firepit and separate wood-burning firepit provide additional spaces for gathering outside.

A nearby boat launch makes it convenient to spend the day on the water, while Land Between the Lakes offers additional opportunities for hiking, wildlife viewing and outdoor recreation. Lake levels fluctuate seasonally. During lower winter water levels, motorized boats cannot be brought to the dock, while normal dock access returns during the summer pool season.
