This four-bedroom, four-bath Mediterranean-style home accommodates up to eight guests across approximately 2,476 square feet. Set on a 600-square-meter property, the recently remodeled residence combines partial ocean views with a heated swimming pool and a location approximately ten minutes on foot from the beach and town center.

The main living areas are designed for gathering, with a comfortable living room anchored by a fireplace and a dining area with partial sea views. An equipped kitchen supports meals at home, while central heating provides comfort during cooler stays. A large rooftop terrace offers an additional place to relax and enjoy sunsets over the Pacific.

Four guest bedrooms include one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, one bedroom with two twin beds and one bunk room sleeping two. The primary bedroom includes a walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom and direct terrace and garden access. The twin bedroom and bunk room also have ensuite bathrooms, while the queen bedroom has a bathroom directly across the hall. A separate service room and bathroom are reserved for staff and are not included in guest accommodations.

Outdoor living centers on the heated swimming pool, terrace and garden areas, with space for dining and relaxing outside. Parking is available for two vehicles. House cleaning is included twice weekly, while gardener and pool service are provided once weekly. Additional maid service of up to six hours can be arranged for an additional fee.

The surrounding coastal setting offers a sheltered beach, historic seaside homes, waterfront walking paths and seafood dining nearby. Guests can walk into town, explore the coastline, spend time at the beach or visit neighboring coastal communities before returning to the home’s quieter residential setting.
