Tucked into the relaxed surroundings of South Mission Beach, this newly renovated beach house offers an exceptional location just one block from both the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay. With approximately 2,200 square feet of bright, thoughtfully updated living space, the home provides a comfortable coastal base for families, friends, and multi-generational groups.

Multiple living areas spread across three floors give guests plenty of room to gather or retreat. The main living room features a fireplace and an 85-inch Smart TV, while the third-floor loft provides another lounge with a 65-inch Smart TV, two queen futons, and a convenient workstation with a sink and filtered water. Three balconies extend the living space outdoors, including a second-floor deck with seating for eight.

The main kitchen is fully equipped for group meals, with a wet bar, beverage refrigerator, dual-zone wine cooler, additional ice maker, and generous glassware. A second kitchenette and additional refrigerator provide even more flexibility, while indoor dining accommodations for up to 18 make gathering around the table easy.

Sleeping arrangements include four private en-suite bedrooms, with king accommodations and walk-in showers, plus a versatile ground-level suite featuring two XL twin beds with two twin trundles that can be configured as a king upon request. One suite opens to a private balcony, while another offers dual sinks and balcony access. Seven streaming-capable TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, multiple coffee stations, and two laundry areas add convenience throughout the home.

Days here are made for enjoying the coast. Six beach cruisers, surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, sand boards, a cooler, and a beach cart are provided for outings to the nearby sand and boardwalk. Back at home, rinse off beneath the outdoor shower, prepare dinner on the barbecue, or settle onto the patio or balcony as another South Mission Beach evening begins.
